Transneft Volga Region presents disabled children with subscriptions to Samara State Philharmonic Hall

Transneft Volga Region has presented 70 children with disabilities as well as inmates of social rehabilitation institutions of Samara Region with subscriptions for the 2018–2019 season to the Samara State Philharmonic Hall.

Children from Nash Dom (Our House) social rehabilitation centre for minors, Samarsky rehabilitation centre for disabled people, Vserossiyskoye Obshchestvo Invalidov (All-Russia Society of Disabled People) Samara city public organization and Samara regional branch of Rossiysky Detsky Fond (Russian Children's Fund) received children's passes to visit five concerts at the philharmonic hall. Soloists and the orchestra of the Samara State Philharmonic Hall will perform concerts from September 2018 to May 2019.

Transneft Volga Region and the Samara State Philharmonic Hall regularly hold joint charity events; the current one is timed to celebrate the Children's Day.

Helping children is one of priorities of Transneft Volga Region's charity programme. From December 2017 to February 2018, the Company conducted 31 charity events in Samara, Orenburg, Saratov, Rostov and Volgograd Regions as well as in the Republic of Tatarstan within the Helping with Good Deeds charitable marathon. Employees of the Company bought gifts for children from low-income families, as well as for those from boarding houses and social rehabilitation centres at their own expense. The objectives of such campaigns are to develop corporate volunteering, as well as to provide assistance to social, educational and cultural institutions, non-profit organisations, large and low-income families, children's homes, orphanages, seriously ill children, lonely elderly people and veterans.
