The company won in the nomination «Development of Social Partnership in Industrial Companies» and was nominated for participation in the federal contest. The purpose of the contest, which has been held since 2000, is to attract public attention to the significance of achieving social objectives in the regional companies.
Transneft Volga Region, JSC, is an active contributor to the implementation of the social policy of Transneft, JSC, which is an integral part of the development strategy of the Company. Annually, about 600 million rubles are earmarked for social needs (corporate retirement plans, subsidized vouchers to children’s camps, reimbursable vouchers for family members, and fringe benefits during vacations). From year to year, the expenses on social programs are increasing.
It should be noted that at the end of 2013, the collective labor agreement of Transneft Volga Region, JSC, took second place in the national contest of collective labor agreements among oil and gas subsidiaries; the contest was organized by the Oil and Gas Construction Trade Union (NefteGazStroyProfsoyuz). The company is a repeated participant of contests and has been the prize awardee several times. The company owes the victory in this contest to the efficient work aimed at improvement of the collective labor agreement that is essential for social protection of the employees of Transneft Volga Region, JSC.
